2005 Vermont Code - § 5406. — Cooperation by other agencies

§ 5406. Cooperation by other agencies

All agencies of this state shall review programs administered by them which may relate to this chapter and shall, in consultation with the secretary, utilize their authorities only in a manner which does not jeopardize the conservation programs established by this chapter or by the secretary under its authority. (Added 1981, No. 188 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
