§ 4745. Taking deer out of season prohibited; time
A person shall not take a wild deer except specified wild deer during the seasons provided by law, and then only between one-half hour before sunrise and one-half hour after sunset. However, this section shall not be construed to prohibit the taking of deer under section 4826 of this title. (Added 1961, No. 119, § 1, eff. May 9, 1961; amended 1961, No. 161, § 4, eff.
