2005 Vermont Code - § 4557. — Supreme court rules

§ 4557. Supreme court rules

The supreme court may make and amend rules consistent with this subchapter governing proceedings under this subchapter. The rules shall be adopted under section 1 of Title 12. (Added 1977, No. 229 (Adj. Sess.).)
