§ 4552. Jurisdiction; venue

The Vermont district court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over fish and wildlife violations. Venue for adjudicating fish and wildlife violations shall be the unit of the district court having jurisdiction over the geographical area where the offense is stated to have occurred. (Added 1977, No. 229 (Adj. Sess.).)
