§ 4517. Destruction of state property

Whoever wilfully or carelessly damages, injures, interferes with or destroys any property, real or personal, belonging to or controlled by the state for fish, game or wildlife purposes shall be fined not more than $2,500.00. (Added 1961, No. 119, § 1, eff. May 9, 1961; amended 1985, No. 92, § 12.)
