2005 Vermont Code - § 4501. — Aiding in violations; sharing in proceeds

§ 4501. Aiding in violations; sharing in proceeds

A person who counsels or aids in a violation of a provision of this part, or who knowingly shares in the proceeds of such a violation by receiving or possessing fish or wild animals, shall be punished as a principal. (Added 1961, No. 119, § 1, eff. May 9, 1961.)
