2005 Vermont Code - § 4149. — State ornithologist

§ 4149. State ornithologist

The commissioner, by virtue of his office, shall be state ornithologist and as such may employ, subject to the approval of the governor, one or more assistants. (Added 1961, No. 119, § 1, eff. May 9, 1961.)
