§ 4140. Closing waters during spawning
Not less than ten days prior to and continuing ten days after the usual spawning periods of any species of game or food fish, the commissioner may close portions of waters where such species congregate preparatory to or during the spawning season. (Added 1961, No. 119, § 1, eff. May 9, 1961.)
