§ 4137. Taking by armed forces
The commissioner may, upon request of appropriate authorities, permit the taking of fish and wild animals in such manner as he shall specify, by designated units of the armed forces of the United States while undergoing maneuvers of the type known as "survival tests." (Added 1961, No. 119, § 1, eff. May 9, 1961.)
