2005 Vermont Code - § 1929. — Regulation of large heating oil tanks

§ 1929. Regulation of large heating oil tanks

The secretary shall establish tank registration requirements for underground storage tanks of greater than 1100 gallons which are or have been used to contain fuel oil for on-premise heating purposes. (Added 1985, No. 66, § 1.)
