§ 749. Annual report

Annually, on or before January 1, the council shall prepare and submit an annual report of the program accomplishments to the secretary of natural resources, who shall forward copies to the natural resources committee of the house, and the energy and natural resources committee of the senate. (Added 1975, No. 104, § 3; amended 1981, No. 17, § 1.)
