2005 Vermont Code - § 707. — Expenditures; statement by council

§ 707. Expenditures; statement by council

The council, on or before September 1 in each even numbered year shall file with the commissioner of budget and management, upon forms prepared and furnished by the commissioner of budget and management, statements showing in detail the amount appropriated and expended for the current biennial fiscal periods and the amount estimated for such activity to be necessary for the ensuing biennial fiscal periods.
