2005 Vermont Code - § 672. — Definitions

§ 672. Definitions

As used in this chapter:

(1) "Small business" means a small business with substantial economic activity in Vermont, as defined by rules adopted under subsection 673(b) of this title.

(2) "Board" means the Vermont small business investment board created by subsection 673(a) of this title.

(3) "Vermont small business investment company" and "company" mean the company approved by the board under the provisions of this chapter. (Added 1991, No. 61.)
