2005 Vermont Code - § 650g. — Program fund

§ 650g. Program fund

The Vermont film production incentive special fund is established in the state treasury and shall be administered by the secretary of the agency of commerce and community development in accordance with the provisions of subchapter 5 of chapter 7 of Title 32, except that interest earned on the fund shall be retained in the fund. (Added 2005, No. 184 (Adj. Sess.), § 17e.)
