§ 489. Eligibility for official business directional signs
Lawful businesses and points of interest and cultural, educational, and religious facilities are eligible for official business directional signs, subject to the provisions of this chapter and to rules and regulations promulgated by the travel information council, and subject further to any federal law, rule or regulation affecting the allocation of federal highway funds or other funds to or for the benefit of this state or any agency or subdivision thereof.
