§ 282. Formation; name; purposes

There is hereby authorized the formation of a private investment fund to be named "the Vermont venture capital fund" for the purpose of increasing the amount of investment capital provided to new Vermont firms or to existing Vermont firms for the purpose of expansion. (Added 1985, No. 171 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. May 7, 1986; amended 1987, No. 80, § 3, eff. June 9, 1987.)
