2005 Vermont Code - § 225. — Mortgages made legal investments

§ 225. Mortgages made legal investments

Mortgages insured by the authority shall be legal investments for all insurance companies, trust companies, investment companies, banks, savings banks, savings and loan associations, executors, trustees and other fiduciaries and pension and retirement funds. (Added 1973, No. 197 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
