§ 224. Insurance contract; validity
The validity of any insurance contract executed by the authority under this subchapter shall be incontestable against the approved mortgagee except for fraud or misrepresentation on the part of the approved mortgagee. (Added 1973, No. 197 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
