§ 32. Applicability of state laws
(a) The world trade office approved by the secretary under this chapter shall not be subject to the provisions of subchapter 2 (open meetings), or subchapter 3 (public records) of chapter 5 of Title 1.
(b) The provisions of chapter 11 of Title 2 (lobbyist disclosure) shall apply to the world trade office.
(c) Notwithstanding any laws or regulations governing the extent to which state employees may supervise the daily activities or methods and means by which a contractor or grantee provides services, the director may exercise supervision over the same when serving as the executive director of the world trade office.
