2005 Vermont Code - § 4661. — Application to existing trusts

§ 4661. Application to existing trusts

This chapter applies to trusts existing on and created after its effective date. As applied to trusts existing on its effective date, this chapter governs only decisions or actions occurring after that date. (Added 1997, No. 67 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
