2005 Vermont Code - § 3688. — Acquisition and compensation proceedings

§ 3688. Acquisition and compensation proceedings

Acquisition and compensation proceedings for the purposes of this subchapter shall be in accordance with the provisions of chapter 5 of Title 19 but preliminary public hearings under section 222 of Title 19 need not be conducted and business loss shall not be considered an item of compensable damages.
