2005 Vermont Code - § 32402. — Commissioner approval

§ 32402. Commissioner approval

A credit union shall obtain the written approval of the commissioner prior to engaging in the business of making member business loans. (Added 2005, No. 16, § 1, eff. July 1, 2005.)
