2005 Vermont Code - § 5111. — Regulations

§ 5111. Regulations

The commissioner may, after notice and hearing, promulgate reasonable rules and regulations adopted under chapter 25 of Title 3, as are necessary or proper to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Added 1979, No. 117 (Adj. Sess.).)
