§ 4367. Power to prescribe and enforce safety rules
Such association shall have power to prescribe and enforce reasonable rules for safety regulations on the premises of its members, subject, however, to the approval of the commissioner of labor and industry, and for that purpose its inspectors shall have free access to all such premises during regular working hours.
