2005 Vermont Code - § 4210. — Cost of examinations

§ 4210. Cost of examinations

The insurer under any motor vehicle liability insurance policy shall bear the cost of all physical examinations imposed on the insured or proposed insured as a condition for issuance or renewal of the policy. (Added 1971, No. 108.)
