§ 4099b.1. Applicability
The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to services provided in any facility which meets the above criteria, wherever located. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to recipients who are receiving Medicare (42 U.S.C. section 1395) supplementary benefits from health insurers at such time as benefits for specialized alcohol treatment facilities are provided under the said Medicare law.
