2005 Vermont Code - § 3965. — Appraisers\' award and expenses

§ 3965. Appraisers' award and expenses

An award in writing of any two appraisers, when filed with the commissioner, shall determine the sound value of the building. Each of the two appraisers first appointed shall be paid by the party nominating him and the third appraiser shall be paid by the parties equally.
