2005 Vermont Code - § 3834. — Unfair trade practices

§ 3834. Unfair trade practices

A violation of this subchapter shall be considered an unfair trade practice under chapter 129 of this title and shall subject the violator to the penalties contained in that chapter. The penalties contained in that chapter shall be in addition to any other penalties that may be imposed under this title. (Added 1993, No. 235 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
