2005 Vermont Code - § 3688. — Rules and regulations

§ 3688. Rules and regulations

The commissioner may, upon notice and opportunity for all interested persons to be heard, issue such rules, regulations, and orders as shall be necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter. (Added 1971, No. 72, § 2.)
