§ 3364. Authorization for investment purposes only

Such insurer may make investments in this state without qualifying to do business in this state as a foreign corporation under the general corporation law or as a foreign or alien insurer under this article provided such insurer constitutes the secretary of state as his agent for the service of process and enters into a stipulation with said secretary to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state.
