2005 Vermont Code - § 2228. — Use of other names or business places
§ 2228. Use of other names or business places
No licensee shall transact such business or make any loan provided for by this chapter under any other name or at any other place of business than that named in the license. This section shall not apply to commercial loans made to a borrower located outside of Vermont for use outside of Vermont. (Amended 1989, No. 244 (Adj. Sess.), § 6.)
