§ 2223. Records required of licensee
The licensee shall keep, use in the licensee's business, and make available to the commissioner upon request, such books, accounts, records, and data compilations as will enable the commissioner to determine whether such licensee is complying with the provisions of this chapter and with the rules and regulations lawfully made by the commissioner hereunder. Every licensee shall preserve such books, accounts, records, and data compilations for at least seven years after making the final entry on any loan recorded therein. (Amended 1995, No. 162 (Adj.
