2005 Vermont Code - § 2214. — Regulations

§ 2214. Regulations

The commissioner is hereby authorized and empowered to make such general rules and regulations and such specific rulings, demands, and findings as may be necessary for the proper conduct of such business and the enforcement of this chapter, in addition hereto and not inconsistent herewith. (Amended 1995, No. 162 (Adj. Sess.), § 15, eff. Jan. 1, 1997.)
