§ 2075. Minors
Shares may be issued and deposits accepted in the name of a minor and those shares and deposits may be withdrawn by the minor and payments made on those withdrawals shall be valid. No such minor under sixteen years of age may vote in the meeting of the members either personally or through his parent or guardian, nor may he become a director until he reaches legal age.
