§ 2073. Special accounts

Christmas clubs, or other savings plans, vacation clubs and other thrift clubs, if provided for the use of members, shall be operated in accordance with rules prescribed by the board of directors. (Added 1967, No. 312 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. March 22, 1968.)
