2005 Vermont Code - § 2070. — Fiscal year; department expenses

§ 2070. Fiscal year; department expenses

(a) The fiscal year of all credit unions organized under this chapter shall end on the last day of December.

(b) Each credit union shall pay their pro rata share of department expenses as apportioned by section 19 of this title. (Added 1967, No. 312 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. March 22, 1968; amended 1987, No. 119, § 5; 1999, No. 153 (Adj. Sess.), § 8, eff. Jan. 1, 2001.)
