2005 Vermont Code - § 2068. — Records

§ 2068. Records

All records of a credit union incorporated under this chapter shall be kept for a period of at least six years from the date they are made or from the date of the last entry thereon. No credit union shall be required to receipt for payment except as may be provided in the bylaws, nor shall it be necessary to endorse a note showing date of payments or balance due. (Added 1967, No. 312 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. March 22, 1968.)
