§ 2065. False reports
Any person, firm, corporation, or association which maliciously and knowingly spreads false reports about the management or finances of any credit union shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00 or be imprisoned for not less than thirty days nor more than one year, or both. (Added 1967, No. 312 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. March 22, 1968.)
