§ 2059. Officers
Within five days following the organizational meeting and each annual meeting, the directors shall elect from their own number a chair of the board or president, and one or more vice-chairs or vice-presidents, a treasurer and a secretary, of whom the last two may be the same individual. The terms of the officers shall be one year, or until their successors are chosen and have duly qualified. (Added 1967, No. 312 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. March 22, 1968; amended 1991, No. 28, § 5.)
