§ 805. -Audit of operations
On or before February 28 of each year, each state college and university licensed under this chapter shall submit its operations under this chapter to audit by the state auditor of accounts. Such audit shall examine the financial condition and operation of such licensees for the preceding calendar year and shall be submitted to the liquor control board by April 1 of each year.
