2005 Vermont Code - § 802. — Licenses issued to institutions of higher learning

§ 802. Licenses issued to institutions of higher learning

Any institution of higher learning may apply for a first class license pursuant to subdivision 2(7) of this title. All licensing procedures under this chapter shall be identical to those affecting other applicants seeking such liquor licenses. (Added 1977, No. 216 (Adj. Sess.).)
