2005 Vermont Code - § 670. — -Confiscation

§ 670. -Confiscation

Any law enforcement officer who finds a liquor control identification card in the possession of a person to whom it was not issued shall confiscate the same and return it to the liquor control board. (1963, No. 145, § 4.)
