2005 Vermont Code - § 577. — Appeal; bond

§ 577. Appeal; bond

An appeal shall not be allowed to the claimant from the judgment of the court until he gives security by way of recognizance to the state, with sufficient sureties, in such sum as the court directs, conditioned that he will prosecute his appeal to effect and pay the costs awarded against him.
