2005 Vermont Code - § 567. — Arrest of owner of building

§ 567. Arrest of owner of building

If the owner or keeper of such liquor or other property is unknown to the officer, or if a person is not found in possession or custody of the same, the officer shall apprehend and bring before the magistrate the owner or occupant of the building or apartments in which such liquor or other property was found, if known to him or can be by him ascertained.
