2005 Vermont Code - § 2984. — Milk received by more than one handler

§ 2984. Milk received by more than one handler

In case the same milk is received by more than one handler, the first handler handling or receiving milk shall be the handler within the meaning of this chapter. (1965, No. 175, § 64.)
