§ 2951. Revenues pledged for purpose of chapter

All moneys received by the commission from licenses, fees, all penalties collected for the violation of any provision of this chapter, and any other proceeds received under this chapter shall be paid promptly into the state treasury. The state treasurer shall hold all moneys so received in a separate fund entitled "Vermont dairy promotion" fund, and shall pay them out only upon the warrant of the commissioner of finance and management for those purposes of this chapter approved by the secretary of agriculture, food and markets.
