2005 Vermont Code - § 2679. — Administrative penalties

§ 2679. Administrative penalties

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule adopted under this chapter may be assessed an administrative penalty under section 15 of this title. (Added 1995, No. 128 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
