2005 Vermont Code - § 1822. — Severability

§ 1822. Severability

If any part or provision of this compact is adjudged invalid by any court, such judgment shall be confined in its operation to the part or provision directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have been rendered and shall not affect or impair the validity of the remainder of this compact. (Added 1993, No. 57, § 1, eff. June 3, 1993.)
