2005 Vermont Code - § 1736. — -Fine or imprisonment

§ 1736. -Fine or imprisonment

A person who violates a provision of sections 1733 and 1734 of this title shall be fined not more than $200.00 nor less than $10.00, or be imprisoned not more than six months, or both. (Amended 1981, No. 223 (Adj. Sess.), § 23.)
