§ 1474. Imports from quarantined herds, groups or flocks

No person shall import domestic animals into the state from any herd, flock or group which is under quarantine in the state or place of origin due to the presence or suspected presence of an infectious or contagious disease within the herd, flock or group, except that such quarantined herds, flock or groups may be moved directly to slaughter on permits issued by the secretary.
